Group Fitness Area

Check out our spacious and fully mirrored aerobic studio!  We offer a variety of group classes utilizing various equipment including: barbell sets, light weights, Dynabands, physio balls, mats and step platforms.

 

 

 

 

We also house a separate and serene wood-floored studio for our yoga classes!

Class Descriptions

Body Train Plus: A barbell class designed to work each muscle group using barbells and weights set to motivating music.  Pilates concepts will be highlighted for strength.

Body Sculpt: Firm your arms, tighten your abs, trim your thighs and minimize your maximus!

Cardio Combo: This easy to follow class incorporates basic aerobic moves and a specialized strength/isolation period.

Cardio Kick: This class incorporates basic aerobic and kickboxing moves. This is a non-contact class. It includes an isolation period to target the core muscles.

Fusion Fit: Torch fat, tone muscles and eliminate stress with this metabolic conditioning class.  Combines elements of weight training, calisthenics, yoga and Pilates into a fat burning, muscle toning experience!

Instructor's Choice: Looking to add a little variety to your workout?  Get a different workout every time selected by the instructor from any of our many class offerings. 

Step: A low-impact aerobic workout performed with a variable height step platform.

Step Kick: A combination class of Step and Cardio Kick.  This class will be an interval workout while highlighting the cardio effects on the body.

Yoga: Learn the basic skills of yoga: breathing, posture, and relaxation. This class will enable you to focus on your spirit, mind, and body connection.

Gentle Vinyasa/Power Yoga: These classes are more strenuous and intense, less meditative versions of our basic yoga classes.

Zumba: Latin dance theme creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness workout!
