Swedish Massage: A relaxing massage used to increase oxygen flow to the blood and release toxins from the muscles. This massage uses a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart.

Deep Tissue Massage: A type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep issue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as a swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is alos a more focused type of massage, as it works to release chronic muslce tension or knots.

Reflexology: A therapeutic manipulation of reflex points on the feet. These pressure points are reputed to connect directly through the nervous system and affect the bodily organs and glands. Reflexology is used to promot good health, to prevent illness, and for relieving symptoms of stress, injury, and illness.
